QA Inspector

About the Role

As a QA Inspector your primary responsibility is to perform all In-process and Finished Goods inspections. The QA Inspector facilitates and approves line clearance and reconciles all documents, components, and finished goods labeling with the packaging order, and ensures that all equipment is properly calibrated. Broadly, QA Inspectors are gatekeepers for cGMP compliance. Previous experience in a cGMP packaging or manufacturing industry is preferred. Candidates must demonstrate attention to detail and proficiency in basic math.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform physical and visual examinations on in-process and finished pharmaceuticals packaging operations.
• Author, facilitate, and approve rigorous line clearance before production runs commence.
• Author, facilitate, and approve rigorous line clearance before production runs commence.
• Verify calibration logs and check-weight systems for physical precision across machinery scales and detectors.
• Accurately reconcile all batch documents, package inserts, component counts, and labeling outputs against the Packaging Order.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Demonstrated attention to detail and proficiency in basic operational mathematics.
• Previous experience working in a regulated cGMP packaging or pharmaceutical manufacturing facility is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with standard quality control auditing systems and packaging compliance workflows.
